What is the recommended timeframe to schedule my appointment?
At least 6 months in advance, but we can accommodate urgent requests if the production schedule allows.
We recommend choosing your dress 10 to 12 months in advance to optimize your bridal experience: the earlier your dress is made, the more peace of mind you’ll have.
Do you offer different sizes for your designs, and what should I do if my size is not available?
What are the details and steps of the different fitting appointments?
– First Fitting Appointment: We will begin by taking your measurements to ensure a perfectly custom-made creation.
– Second Fitting Appointment: At this stage, we’ll work on a first draft of your dress, using toile or initial fabric, to precisely define the volumes. It’s essential to bring your wedding shoes so we can optimally adjust the hemline.
– Third Fitting Appointment: You’ll try on your custom-made wedding dress so we can make any necessary adjustments. This fitting is crucial to ensure your wedding dress meets your exact expectations.
– Quatrième rendez-vous d’essayage : C’est le moment de la finalisation et du rendu de votre robe, vous serez prête pour le grand jour.
How long does a fitting appointment last?
The duration of wedding dress fitting appointments depends on the type of appointment and the budget:
- For ready-to-wear dresses, virtual appointments, or budgets up to €5,100, plan for approximately 1 hour.
- For budgets exceeding €5,100, we recommend setting aside 2 hours to allow sufficient time for us to guide you through the creation of a custom-made or high-end dress.
Is it possible to meet the designer Sandrine Rocher Derichebourg during my fitting?
The atelier will be delighted to welcome you. Sandrine Rocher Derichebourg is involved in every creation, so you will inevitably have the opportunity to interact with her!
What materials do you use for your creations?
Sandrine Rocher Derichebourg has a deep love for noble materials, such as silk, cotton, and authentic Calais lace for wedding dresses, as well as the finest wools from renowned weaving houses for suits. All materials are sourced from France, England, Belgium, and Italy.
What are the payment terms for a custom-made wedding dress?
– Option 1: A 50% deposit is required on the day of your order, with the remaining balance payable only when you leave with your outfit.
– Option 2: Payment can be made in 3 or 4 installments, with a payment at each fitting appointment.
– Option 3: Have your dress gifted using our gift vouchers and contribution pools. Simply visit our website and select the GIFT tab.
Is it possible to receive a personalized quote for a custom-made creation?
Yes, it is possible. A personalized quote will be sent to you after a consultation with the designer.
