. Country of destination: We deliver to France metropolitan area, in the Overseas Departments and Territories, as well as in Europe, at the United Kingdom and in Switzerland.

. For all orders outside these areas, please contact La Maison LILAR by email at info@lilar.fr for prior approval. Please note that orders which do not meet this requirement may be refused.

. Production and delivery times: Please note that every ready-to-wear wedding dress in our online shop is created especially for you once we have received your order.

. Payment by credit card: We accept cards from the Carte Bleue, Visa and Mastercard networks.
Delivery in France: Please allow 8 days for the delivery of dresses and accessories, and 5 days for shoes.
International delivery (French overseas departments and territories, Europe, United States, (United Kingdom and Switzerland): Please allow 10 days for the delivery of dresses and accessories, and 7 days for shoes.

. Returns / Exchanges: Enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience with our returns and exchanges policy. You have You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return or exchange your items. To be accepted, returns must include the items in their in their original packaging, unworn, unstained and unwashed, with all the original labels still attached. Please contact us at info@lilar.fr within this timeframe to start the process. If your request is approved, we will provide you with a return label and process your exchange or refund as soon as we receive the items.
