Congratulations, you're getting married!
Thewedding dress fitting is valuable time spent on your big day.
Sandrine, Florence and the pattern-makers Trained at the finest institutions, they will welcome you into a cosy atmosphere. The studio will be on hand to support you and offer advice to help you find the the wedding dress of your dreams !
To get the most out of your fitting, the showroom will be privatised and it is with pleasure that the Workshop will welcome you, along with two or three of your friends or family members, for this very special occasion.
The Art and Time of Creation
Your appointments at LILAR Paris take place in several stages, from the initial fitting right through to the final adjustments to your wedding outfit. Please allow 6 to 12 months for the production of your bespoke wedding dress and 12 weeks for your wedding tailor (except in exceptional and urgent cases).
Exceptional Custom-Made Dresses, In-Store or Online
All our bespoke wedding dresses are made in our showroom workshop at 205 Rue Saint-Honoré, Paris.

1st meeting
During your first appointment at our workshop and showroom, you’ll discover the whole of the LILAR collection.
The workshop will guide and advise you on choosing your wedding dress or your wedding tailor.
You’ve found the wedding outfit LILAR of your dreams! The workshop will take your measurements and tailor the garment to your specifications.
Example: Adding straps, closing the neckline, adding sleeves, or shortening or lengthening your dress whilst ensuring the designer’s original design is preserved.
Once your measurements have been taken, a pattern-maker from the workshop will be entirely dedicated to you to create your outfit from start to finish.
To begin with, your measurements will be transferred onto a piece of fabric so that your dress can be made almost as if it were being tailored to you!
The 2nd meeting
At these appointments, your dress will be ready! When you try it on, you can then decide together what really flatters your figure and, above all, check any alterations to the pattern, if there are any.
The strength of our Parisian workshop within our showroom is to enable us to meet your requirements for processing and finishing under the best possible conditions and made to order. There’s no such thing as a half-measure in our workshop. We don’t hold any stock, which means we can really have your dress or suit made, for you!
3rd and 4th meetings
In the final stages, the outfit will be made from the chosen fabric. We will then check whether any adjustments need to be made to it.
This will also be the time when you bring your shoes in for the final hem.
You’ll then come back to collect your dress or suit ironed and packed in a cover to protect them and for transport.
Sandrine Rocher Derichebourg , Florence and our pattern-makers will always be kept up to date with every stage of the production of your wedding dress or bridal dressmaker. They will attach of particular importance to every bride-to-be. That’s why you’ll be able to get in touch with her easily by text or email during these few months of building a close relationship.
